If the delivered service does not meet expectations, please write to us using the same email ID through which the payment was made. Our support team will escalate your concern to the professional handling your case for prompt resolution.
Note: While we address delays or issues on our end, we do not control: (a) delays or rejections by Government departments (GST, MCA, Income Tax, Trademark Registry, etc.), (b) errors or incomplete details provided by the client, and (c) downtime or technical failures of Government platforms.
You may switch the purchased service to another service offered by File it Right within 7 days of payment.
Once a service is delivered, accuracy of data and timely submission of documents rests with the client. File it Right is not liable for penalties, interest, or late fees; any tax, duty, or fee payable; or costs arising from incomplete or incorrect client information.
Refunds cannot be claimed on these grounds.
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, government actions, changes in law, war, or terrorism. In such cases, we are not liable for delay or inability to fulfill service obligations.
